| Abstract | Workforce diversity has emerged as a critical factor influencing organizational success, particularly in the IT sector, where innovation and collaboration are essential. This study explores the relationship between workforce diversity and employee performance in selected IT companies. The research adopts a quantitative approach using structured questionnaires and employs stratified random sampling to collect primary data from employees. Statistical tools such as correlation and regression analysis were applied to test five hypotheses. The findings reveal a significant positive relationship between workforce diversity and employee performance, highlighting that demographic, cultural, and skill-based differences enhance productivity, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Inclusive workplace practices were found to strengthen this relationship, while diversity-related challenges such as communication barriers negatively impact performance if unmanaged. The study emphasizes the importance of effective diversity management strategies and inclusive organizational culture to maximize employee efficiency. The results provide valuable insights for managers seeking to leverage diversity as a strategic advantage in the IT industry. |
