| Abstract | Education in the twenty-first century is no longer confined to the development of academic competencies alone; it is equally expected to nurture the holistic growth and well-being of learners. The research aimed to assess the level of school leadership practices supporting SEL integration, the extent to which teachers integrate SEL in instructional processes, and the level of socio-emotional learning outcomes among pupils, as well as to propose a leadership-driven framework for strengthening SEL implementation based on the findings. A quantitative descriptive–correlational research design was employed, involving administrators and teachers from the elementary department selected through total enumeration. |
