Abstract Enhancing the efficacy, self-assurance, and leadership potential of elected female lawmakers is mostly dependent on education. Women representatives are encouraged to actively participate in local development projects, policy formation, and decision-making in democratic governance. However, a lack of education frequently hinders their comprehension of governance mechanisms, legal frameworks, and administrative processes. The importance of education in strengthening elected female representatives, especially at the local level, is examined in this study. The study examines the connection between education and political efficacy among female leaders using secondary sources, including government reports, academic publications, novels, and policy documents. According to the results, education enhances political consciousness, administrative proficiency, communication abilities, and involvement in democratic institutions. The study comes to the conclusion that increasing women's access to education is crucial to ensuring meaningful political engagement and bolstering inclusive governance.
